To ADD/CHANGE/REMOVE listings from the OMS Doctor Directories, you must carefully follow the instructions below. There is no cost to have your listing added or changed or removed.

Read This First !

1. If your listing is in CANADA or USA, you must follow these instructions exactly.

2. We do not give preferential treatment to listings as all are listed alphabetically by city.

3. It is against our advertising policy to post links to doctor's websites from our doctor directory, so please don't ask. Repeat: WE DO NOT POST LINKS TO DR's WEBSITES or EMAIL ADDRESS.

4. DO NOT SEND YOUR LISTING IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

5. Do not add sales hyberbole to your listing. Keep your request to the simple format listed below.

6. Send all requests to the email address given below. All additions, changes, and removals will be processed once a week (Saturday or Sunday) and you will be notified, by email, once we have uploaded your listing or change or removal.

7. Please note that many medical practices qualify for more than one listing in our categories. Please check to see if you qualify for multiple listings. If you qualify to be listed in Hair Restoration, as well as Dermatology and Laser Hair Removal, please let us know.
   
   If you tell me about categories you want to be listed in that we do not have because they are related to your "keywords" - I can NOT do anything about it.

8. Please remember to tell us which category or page(s) you wish to be listed in.

9. We reserve the right to refuse a request if we deem it inappropiate. An example of this is a medical practice that uses a post office box and not a physical address.

10. Important: If you do not use the correct subject lines, given below, your email has a chance of being accidentally deleted (I get 500-600 junk emails a day). Make sure you use the correct email subject lines given below or your email could end up in my Bulk Mail folder.

Submitting your ADD/CHANGE/REMOVAL Request, Required Format:

If you would like to ADD your medical practice to the OMS Doctor Directories, please carefully follow these instructions: Failure to follow these instructions may delay your request.

If you would like to CHANGE your listing, please follow these instructions:

• Please tell us in which category you are currently listed and what the page is. If you tell me to delete Dr. Smith, and nothing else, I have no idea what you are talking about. Please be specific.
• Please describe carefully and succinctly the changes which need to be made to your listing.
• Please don't send an angry email if your listing was incorrect. We apologize, and we'll fix it.
• Notice the SAMPLE above. That is how your listing will appear. No exceptions.
• Business names go first, then personnel names. NO ALL CAP listings.
• In the SUBJECT line of your email, please write: "Change Listing in OMS Doctor Directory"

If you would like to REMOVE your listing, please follow these instructions:

• Please tell us which category your are currently listed:
• You must provide proof that you are associated with the medical practice or doctor listing you are trying to remove. You can prove this by scanning in a copy of your business card, letterhead or other form of proof.
• In the SUBJECT line of your email, please write: "Remove Listing on OMS Doctor Directory"

Before You Send Your Email, REMEMBER!

1. Do not ask for a link to your website. (Rule #2 above).

2. Tell us WHICH CATEGORY (many people forget).

3. Get the SUBJECT line of your email Correct. See above.

5. Double check your own submission to make sure you didn't forget something, telephone number, category, etc.
